Warsaw is a city in Indiana and the county seat of, Kosciusko County, Indiana, United States. Nested among Winona Lake, Pike Lake, Hidden Lake and Center Lake, Warsaw is nicknamed "Lake City," also known as the "Orthopedic Capital of the World". Read more Warsaw history here… 
 
 
Kosciusko County is a county located in the U.S. state of Indiana. As of 2010 the population at around 77,358. The county seat is Warsaw. The county was formed in 1836. It was named after the Polish general Tadeusz Kościuszko, who served in the American Revolutionary War. More Kosciusko history…
 
 
Winona Lake is best known for the lake it is named after and built on. It is also the home of Grace College and Grace Theological Seminary and the home of former preacher and professional baseball player Billy Sunday. Indiana is a U.S. state, admitted to the United States as the 19th on 1816. It is located in the Midwestern United States and Great Lakes Region, and is the smallest state in the continental US west of the Appalachian Mountains. Residents of Indiana are known as Hoosiers. The derivation of the term is disputed, but one hypothesis has "Hoosier" originating from a frontier greeting, a corruption of "Who's here?" More Indiana history here…
 
 
Hoosier is the official nickname for a resident of the U.S. State of Indiana. Although residents of most U.S. states typically adopt a derivative of the state name, e.g., Indianan or Indianian, natives of Indiana never use these. The State of Indiana adopted the nickname "Hoosier State" more than 150 years ago.  "Hoosiers" is also the nickname for the Indiana University athletic teams. Read more…
 
 
About 14, 000 years ago melting blocks of ice from the last, or Wisconsin Glacier, formed the kettle hole lakes of northern Indiana. The largest lake, Wawasee, and the deepest lake, Tippecanoe, are in Kosciusko County. See official marker…
